Data Security is ensured through our DOD certified 7x zero-fill overwrite processes executed on hard drives to completely sanitize all data and software before final disposition. Non-operational hard drive media are physically destroyed in compliance with DOD standards ensuring no confidential information breaches or transfer of license software occurs.
Service performance is 100% audited with Transfer of Ownership and audit trail and final disposition reporting of every Asset. No equipment is permitted to exit the process until all specified services are completed.
Complete asset information tracking is assured by maintaining serial number, asset tag and model number identification details for all services performed.
Final Disposition is reported once all assets per load have reached a final destination, whether it is de-manufacture or re-deployment. Any recycled assets are noted and certificates of destruction, recycling, and legal indemnification statements are attached to the final report.
Costs are minimized through the application of value-appropriate services and production line efficiency. Eliminating the need to execute internal processes for asset management also reduces the customer's internal costs.
